Shepherd's Cottage

A beautiful three bedroom farm cottage situated on the tranquil of Browsholme Estate, only a short drive from the Tithe Barn. It is the perfect base for you to explore the beautiful Forest of Bowland, and the many award winning restaurants and pubs nearby.

We completely refurbished Shepherd's in 2018 and though it retains many of its original features, we have incorporated contemporary design and modern fittings into the design.

Kind Words

"We had the most wonderful break at Shepherds Cottage. We immediately felt right at home and we very much enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. It was the perfect base for us from which to visit friends and family. We also spent a very happy day at nearby Browsholme Hall. We can't recommend it highly enough and hope to return one day."

Please note, Shepherd's Cottage is not part of our 'guaranteed' wedding accommodation for couples and their wedding party and must be booked independently, on a first come, first serve basis.

Location in Relation to The Tithe Barn & Browsholme

Shepherd's is a short drive from the Tithe Barn, and is not walkable in smart, party clothes (trust us!). It is located on a private farm which is part of the Browsholme Estate, and thus, comes with all the sights, sounds and smells you'd expect from the countryside!
