Our ethos is to set the highest possible standards in providing the very best hospitality, food and drink.

The aim is to deliver flawless organisation, spectacular design and also delicious food and drink. Furthermore this is delivered by a team of highly personable and professional staff.

Our team have experience in handling the biggest and smallest events, with considerable style and panache. Attention to detail is essential. When planning any event we are meticulous throughout its organisation.

We believe marvellous food and fine wine are central to the wedding feast. We understand that your meal will be one of the most important elements of your wedding. Fine wine should accompany excellent food and our award winning ‘Master of Wines’ vintner has an extensive list. These are all hand selected and all from small producer vineyards. It is important to us that everyone who comes to Browsholme has a wonderful time, including dining well!


Twelve is owned by husband and wife team Caroline Upton and Paul Moss. They have a wealth of experience in 4 and 5 star hotels and Michelin starred restaurants around the UK.

In 2000 they opened Twelve Restaurant in Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire. The restaurant has been a huge success, winning a number of awards, two AA rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand. This has naturally led to the development of outside catering services.

Twelve has an award-winning reputation in Lancashire for fantastic food. Having worked alongside them for many years, we know their service is excellent and that you will be in safe hands. They are committed to using local suppliers and produce and are very happy to advise on seasonality and availability. Caroline and Paul at Twelve will be delighted to meet with you, arrange a tasting of their food and discuss a bespoke menu for you and your guests.

Our caterers source seasonal ingredients from local farms and businesses wherever possible to complement menus, including local beef, venison, veal, lamb and vegetables from the Fylde coast. They would be delighted to discuss your food ideas for your wedding day and usually offer complimentary tasting service.

Finally, we recognise every wedding is unique. However, there are some things that remain constant:
